Seventy attorneys at Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP, representing over a millennia of membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, today resigned from the PBA in protest of the Association's opposition to the Fair Share Act (H.B. 1, S.B. 2). "We simply will not continue to contribute our time and dues to an association that insists on taking positions contrary to the interests of our clients and hostile to the growth of business in our Commonwealth," said TT&H managing partner, James K. Thomas, II.
