Kulesa, who will serve as liaison to the Rotterdam Rules joint task force, a joint effort with the Maritime Law Association and the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) and International Law Section. The Rotterdam Rules is a convention on international multimodal transportation which, if adopted, will replace COGSA and will extend to the entire carriage, including inland legs of the contract.
