Paul R. Walker will be providing annual mandatory training sessions to claim management personnel addressing the California Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations.  These are regulations that affect all claims representatives who handle California claims for admitted and non-admitted insurers that issue policies in California and handle California claims.

Congratulations to Renee S. Mazzeo, 2009 recipient of the Philadelphia Association of Paralegals' highest award, the Special Achievement Award.  Renee was also the 2008 winner of the Outstanding Local Leadership Award,  presented by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.

Joseph F. Kulesa was appointed Chair of the Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee of the American Bar Association.  He will serve a one-year term as the head of the committee, whose membership consists of over 500 maritime attorneys and other
professionals nationwide.

July 1, 2008 John J. McNally elected as a Delegate to the Republican National Convention representing the 17th Congressional District. The Republican Party of Pennsylvania delegation to the RNC elected John, along with 7 other delegates, to represent Pennsylvania on the four Convention Committees (Platform, Credentials, Rules and Permanent Organization). John will serve on the Permanent Organization Committee. The RNC Convention is Sept 1-5 in St. Paul, Minnesota.
