The session title is "Changing - Not Aging."  The program explores the view of aging from the baby-boomers' perspective that focuses on life as a series of changes.  Based on the concept that numbers do not correctly identify the age of an individual, the various states and stages of life will be viewed from a serious, yet humorous, perspective.  This program, aimed towards the governing body and leadership of facilities, will help attendees focus on current needs and the trends that have changed dramatically due to the recent economic crises that impacted family structure, savings, and planning.  From policies to marketing, previous concepts need to be explored, adjusted or dropped.  Seniors now are not "their parents' generations" in means, tastes or expectations.
