On December 13, 2011, Scott D. McCarroll received a non-suit at trial in favor of his client in the Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County. The suit arose out of a slip and fall accident. Prior to the fall, Attorney McCarroll’s client performed work on a co-defendant's gutter system above the fall location.
