Summary Judgment for Township

Thomas P. McGinnis and Karin Romano Galbraith obtained summary judgment in favor of two township supervisors, whom the plaintiffs claimed had violated their constitutional rights by voting to deny a requested amendment to the zoning ordinance, allegedly preventing the plaintiffs from obtaining a license from the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission to operate a racetrack on their property.
