Kyle joined the firm in December 2009 and will focus his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation matters.
He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and raised in the Midwest, graduating from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2001 with a degree in philosophy and in religious studies. Kyle received his law degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2005. During law school, he interned with Neighborhood Legal Services in Pittsburgh, where he gained experience as a certified legal intern.
His practice began in 2006 as an Associate Attorney with the firm Dugan & Associates, P.C., where he focused on workers’ compensation and social security disability matters.
