Kimly joined Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP as an associate attorney in April 2011 and will focus her practice on general liability matters. Prior to joining TT&H, she worked as an associate attorney at a national health law firm.
Kimly was born and raised in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007 with two degrees in finance and psychology, as well as a Certificate in International Business. During college, she participated in the Semester at Sea Study Abroad Program, traveling throughout Asia during the summer of 2006.
Kimly received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2010. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lisa Pupo Lenihan of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of PA, a summer associate at a Pittsburgh-based business law firm, and a judicial advocate in the University of Pittsburgh Office of Student Affairs.
