Scott concentrates his practice in the areas of liability defense, civil rights litigation and insurance coverage issues.

While at The Dickinson School of Law, Scott was a member of the Trial Moot Court Board and was inducted into the Woolsack Society.

A native of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Scott currently resides in Harrisburg with his wife, Sarah.
