The majority of John's practice is devoted to residential and commercial construction defect litigation, in which matters he has earned a reputation for aggressive and efficient representation of design professionals, construction management, contractors and suppliers of products and materials.  John frequently lectures on issues relevant to the construction industry.

John is also a shareholder of, and licensed title agent for, Riverfront Settlement Services, Inc., as well as an authorized agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.  For the past twenty years John has served the residential and commercial real estate needs of our neighbors, businesses, real estate developers, builders and real estate professionals in Central Pennsylvania. 

John has been an active member of the Dauphin County Republican Committee and serves as the Committee's Chairman.

In 2009 John was elected Secretary of the Republican Party of Pennsylvania.
