A managing partner of the firm, Pete began his career as a trial lawyer as a Deputy Attorney General in the Torts Litigation Unit of the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office, where he defended state agencies and employees in personal injury cases. 

Pete, a native of central Pennsylvania, joined the firm in 1986 and focuses his practice on the defense of personal injury cases and representation of insurers in UM/UIM, coverage and bad faith litigation.  He has litigated cases successfully in all state and federal trial courts and appellate courts in Pennsylvania.  

Pete serves as the Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute ("PDI") and as a member of the Claims Committee of the Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies ("PAMIC").
