Marc practices in the areas of civil and administrative litigation and appeals, with particular emphasis in professional liability, long-term care, and professional licensure matters.  He regularly appears on behalf of clients before administrative agencies, including the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, and the Pennsylvania Department of Health, where he represents physicians, nurses, and other health care providers in the defense of licensure prosecution and long-term care administrative matters.  Marc is an experienced litigator whose practice also focuses on the malpractice defense of long-term care clients and professional health care providers in addition to concentrating in general liability defense, premises liability defense and the defense of automobile accident cases throughout Pennsylvania on the trial court and appellate level.

Prior to joining Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP, Marc was a partner in the firm Kelly, Hoffman & Goduto LLP (2002-2007) and Duane Morris LLP (1995-2002).

A graduate from Northwestern University School of Law and the United States Military Academy, Marc served in the United States Army as an aviator from 1986-1992 and departed his service with the rank of Captain.  He is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.   Marc is also an elected member of the Derry Township Board of Supervisors.
