Brooks started his career as a Law Clerk to the late Vincent A. Cirillo of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.  He joined the firm in 1995, where he has focused his practice on the defense of fire and ambulance companies, product manufacturers and design professionals and representation of insurers in UM/UIM claims and bad faith litigation.

Brooks was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida.  He resides in Harrisburg, where he is an active member of his church.  He enjoys golf, tennis, rooting for his Florida Gators and Philadelphia Eagles and spending time with wife, Beth, and his two daughters.
