Jeffrey joined Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP as an associate attorney in June 2011 and will focus his practice on general liability matters.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nora Barry Fischer in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. 

Jeffrey is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was Executive Articles Editor to the school's health law publication Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine.  During law school, he completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Nora Barry Fischer and worked as a legal intern in the Insurance Fraud Section of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.  Upon graduating law school, Jeffrey was awarded a post graduate fellowship to perform the duties of a federal judicial law clerk.  He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
