Suzanne Merrick litigates on behalf of the defense with a focus on civil rights claims against governmental entities and their employees. Since graduation from law school in 1986, Suzanne has successfully defended private and public entities and individuals in claims of employment discrimination, breach of contract, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and other torts. She has tried numerous cases to verdict and defended and argued appeals in both state and federal court.
Suzanne joined the firm in 2005, and currently resides in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, with her husband and their four children.
