Jason is involved in all aspects of insurance defense litigation. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in 1997, he worked full-time in the Senate of Pennsylvania while attending law school in the evenings.
Prior to joining TT&H, Jason was a Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and later worked for a general practice law firm. In these positions, he obtained significant experience in all phases of state and federal litigation. He was recently elected as a Director for the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
Jason was nominated by the Governor and confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate to the Pennsylvania Board of Crane Operators in 2011.
