Mr. Dos Santos is an associate in the firm’s Commercial and Business Litigation, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, and Workers’ Compensation practice areas.  He litigates matters in state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Prior to Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, Chris practiced insurance litigation, commercial litigation, and workers’ compensation for four years with a medium-sized New Jersey law firm.

At the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, he was an editor of The Penn State Law Review.  In law school, Chris worked for two semesters with the Cumberland County (PA) Housing and Redevelopment Authority on construction and redevelopment projects.  In addition, he also served as a law clerk with North Penn Legal Services, an organization dedicated to providing civil legal representation to low income clients.  He received his undergraduate degree in history and political science from Lehigh University with High Honors.  While in college, Chris served as an intern with both the Northampton County Office of the District Attorney and the Legal Department of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.
