Gordon's practice focuses primarily on products liability and premises liability cases, subrogation matters, defamation claims and insurance coverage. He has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, California and the District of Columbia, and has handled numerous cases at the trial and appellate levels, including successful appeals before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Gordon is a past president of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Animal Law Committee and serves as a legislative counsel to the Pennsylvania Legislative Animal Network. He has served as an appointed prosecutor in criminal cases involving violations of Pennsylvania Animal Cruelty Law.
Gordon is a member of the Board of Education of the Middletown Area School District and is a member of the Joint Operating Committee of the Dauphin County Vocational Technical School. He also serves on the Planning Commission of the Borough of Middletown and is a board member of and legal counsel to the Greater Middletown Economic Development Corporation.
Gordon is a 1988 graduate of University of Southern California Law Center and received his undergraduate degree from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he was a partner with Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis, LLP (1998 to 2003) and at Hangley Aronchick Segal and Pudlin (2003 to 2007).
