Joseph Pulcini joins the firm February 5, 2009.  His practice will focus in the defense of general liability matters.

Joe was an Associate with Todd S. Miller & Associates and Cohen & Feeley, where he served as lead and co-counsel in medical malpractice, motor vehicle accident and slip and fall trials for 15 years. 

Prior to becoming an attorney, he served as Director of the Medical Cat Fund under Governor Casey.  As Director he managed the claim department, settling excess medical malpractice claims.    He is a former claims representative with Medical Protective Company, Pennsylvania Hospital Insurance Company and Aetna Life & Casualty.

Joe also served as a Township Supervisor for Lower Mt. Bethel Township.
