Francis DiSalle joined the firm in September 2010. He has practiced law for 28 years and is an experienced trial attorney who has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.
Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He then joined the Travelers Insurance Company as corporate litigation counsel, litigating all aspects of insurance defense liability cases, coverage issues, uninsured/underinsured motorists cases and workers compensation cases.
With Rose, Schmidt, Hasley & DiSalle, his practice expanded to include representing self-insured entities in commercial and contract litigation, as well as individuals in will contests and other Estate litigation. He also served as a school board solicitor and handled employment issues and labor union matters such as grievance and interest arbitration, unfair labor practice charges before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, negotiations, civil rights issues and construction matters.
