Ms. Edgar earned her B.S., cum laude, in Broadcast Journalism from Millersville University and J.D. from the Penn State-Dickinson School of Law where she also received the George F. Douglas, Jr. Memorial Award for her accomplishments in oral and written advocacy, as well as the ALI-ABA Scholastic and Leadership Award among others. Following law school, she worked for a liability defense firm, representing insurance companies in state, federal, and appellate courts and before mediators and arbitrators. Since joining the firm in December 2010, her practice concentration is in general liability and transportation law.

Ms. Edgar presently resides in Camp Hill with her husband, Patrick.
