With the firm since 1991, Gene has represented Pennsylvania insured's and self-insured employers in hundreds of workplace injury disputes. He joined the firm after serving as counsel for a major employer in the trucking industry, concentrating on workers' compensation issues. Gene also spent nine years representing Pennsylvania governmental entities in all aspects of public sector labor relations.
