John W. Hershberger II, admitted in Maryland and the U.S. District Court of Maryland, joins Thomas, Thomas & Hafer as Of Counsel on January 9, 2012.
John’s insurance defense experience includes 18 years as the head of Zurich North America's Staff Legal program, as well as 10 years as the managing attorney of Aetna’s Baltimore staff counsel office, where he litigated workers’ compensation cases. He will be working with the Baltimore Workers' Compensation group.
John enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and traveling. John is a native Baltimorean who is an avid Baltimore Ravens and Philadelphia Eagles fan.
