Joe has more than thirty years of trial experience. Joe concentrates in medical malpractice and hospital negligence litigation, insurance law, and workers' compensation cases, although his experience also includes automobile bodily injury, product liability, and construction litigation.
Joe graduated "With Distinction" from the University of Michigan School of Law in 1966 and commenced practice in that year in Harrisburg. Over the years, Joe has spoken throughout Central Pennsylvania at the request of various organizations. He has also given presentations to various insurance company employees as well as medical and hospital organizations. At one time, he served as an adjunct professor in Trial Advocacy at the Dickinson School of Law.
Joe served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and as Vice-President, Middle District South, from 1992-1994. He is a Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers and Member, Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel and listed in the Best Lawyers of America.
A Harrisburg native, Joe resides in Lemoyne and has three adult children. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, scuba diving, fishing and sailing.
