Mark concentrates most of his practice in the area of workers' compensation defense, with some work performed in the areas of general liability and insurance subrogation.

Born in Steubenville, Ohio, Mark earned both his undergraduate and law degrees at West Virginia University.  While at the West Virginia University College of Law, Mark participated in numerous trial competitions. 

In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and rooting for the West Virginia University Mountaineers.
