Marc practices in the areas of civil and administrative litigation, with particular emphasis in the insurance and long-term care industries.  He appears on behalf of clients before administrative agencies, including the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, where he represents physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in the defense of licensure prosecution. 

Prior to joining Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP, Marc was a partner in the firm Kelly, Hoffman & Goduto LLP (2002-2007) and Duane Morris LLP (1995-2002).

A graduate from Northwestern University School of Law and the United States Military Academy, Marc served in the United States Army from 1986-1992 (Capt. Ret.).  He is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
