Evan has concentrated in medical malpractice and health care law since 1977, representing physicians, health care systems, nurses, allied health care professionals, mental health care professionals and dental health care professionals in licensing matters.  Evan has tried over 100 cases and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy.

Evan has given numerous lectures and presentations on health care law to attorneys, as well as to other health care professionals, and has published articles on medical malpractice and HIPAA.
