Jim was born in Rangoon, Burma. In 1969, Jim came to the United States, where he earned his undergraduate and law degrees. Jim has practiced worker’s compensation law in Pennsylvania since 1987 and has successfully litigated worker’s compensation cases before numerous worker’s compensation judges, the Worker’s Compensation Appeal Board, Commonwealth Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Jim is a frequent lecturer on worker’s compensation law and is author of “Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law: A New Requirement For Establishing Causation In Off-Premises Injuries,” April 2004, Pennsylvania Bar Quarterly.
