Chair of the firm’s Employment Law Section, Paul has an active practice in employment discrimination law, serving as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. In the last several years, his labor law practice has been exclusively management oriented.
Paul is a past contributing editor to "The Developing Labor Law" published by the Bureau of National Affairs. He has been appointed a labor arbitrator by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Mediation and in over twenty years of trial practice has represented both employers and unions in both state and federal court and at the bargaining table. Paul resides in Hershey, Pennsylvania with his wife, Cheryl, a professor in Penn State's College of Medicine, and their three children. At home, his special interests are running, reading, and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.
