A managing partner of the firm, Jim has been in the practice of civil litigation since 1972. During that time, he has handled all types of civil litigation. That broad experience has enabled him to provide outstanding service to his clients in the areas of insurance bad faith and coverage, complex litigation, transportation, construction, products liability, fraud/arson and surety bonds. In addition to practicing in Pennsylvania, Jim has also practiced on a pro hoc vice basis in New York, New Jersey, Ohio and West Virginia.

Jim is an active member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, in which he formerly served on the Board of Directors, and has frequently lectured on insurance defense strategy, bad faith, and other litigation topics at various insurance-related seminars throughout Pennsylvania.
