Prior to joining the Bethlehem office of Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, Randy worked as a contract attorney in the Philadelphia and New York offices of an international law firm.   During that time, his practice focused in complex commercial and corporate litigation.  Substantial concentration in corporate fiduciary, financial services, labor and employment, pharmaceutical, white collar crime and securities litigation and compliance matters.
