Dan focuses his practice exclusively on the defense workers' compensation matters.  Prior to joining the firm in 2005, he spent a number of years handling workers’ compensation cases for both the claimant and the employer.

In law school, Dan was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society.

In his free time, Dan actively participates in local Environmental Advisory Councils.
