Hugh has 13 years of trial experience and concentrates his practice in the defense of professional liability matters and administrative claims.  He has litigated cases successfully in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the federal courts.

An active member of the Pennsylvania Health Care Association, Hugh has lectured on long term care liability issues and long term care administrative regulations.

Hugh resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania with his wife and daughter.
