Brooks started his career as a Law Clerk to the late Vincent A. Cirillo of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.  He joined the firm in 1995, where he has focused his practice on the defense of fire and ambulance companies, product manufacturers and design professionals and representation of insurers in UM/UIM claims and bad faith litigation.

Brooks was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida.  He resides in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania with his wife and daughters, where he is an active member of his church.  He enjoys golf, racquetball and rooting for his Florida Gators and Philadelphia Eagles--so long as they are winning.
