The Group’s lawyers have distinguished themselves in the successful completion of hundreds of jury trials and are recognized in the Central Pennsylvania area for trying and successfully resolving personal injury, property damage and cargo claims and suits for the transportation industry.  The lawyers routinely represent many facets of the industry, including common carriers, public and inter-modal transportation; long-haul, TL, LTL, super-regional and regional carriers; supermarket and department store fleets, oil and gasoline companies, moving and storage fleets, and other private commercial fleets of vehicles.
