Attorneys
in our Subrogation Practice Group represent all forms of business
organizations and private individuals in subrogation actions against
insurers and other legally responsible parties, in a wide range of
areas, including general litigation matters, vehicle accident claims,
property losses, products liability claims and premises liability
matters. This group’s diverse membership provides legal services across
the Commonwealth in every County and in every court from small claims
matters to complex multi-party commercial litigation.
The subrogation practice group is
dedicated to providing our clients with maximum subrogation recoveries
from legally responsible third parties. Our subrogation practice group
provides timely and accurate investigation and analysis of losses to
determine the potential for subrogation, including on-site
investigation when appropriate; rapid responses on major losses, 24
hours a day; regular meetings with claims departments to review new
subrogation opportunities; and regular status reports on existing
cases. Our attorneys are willing to work with claims departments to
provide oversight in the handling of large losses with subrogation
potential, to assist with the selection and retention of experts, and
to ensure proper retention of evidence to prevent spoliation, and to
establish electronic access to your claims systems, for easier
communication.
