Harrisburg, PA – Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP recently opened an office in Richmond, Virginia.  Joining the firm in Richmond are attorneys Patrick O’Grady and John Dunnigan.  O’Grady will lead the new office.  The Richmond office is the firm’s twelfth office firm-wide, its second office in the Commonwealth of Virginia,
