Jolee M. Bovender

Jolee is a native from Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2013 and joined Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Harrisburg office in 2017.
Jolee devotes most of her practice to civil litigation claims including premises liability, property, subrogation, and commercial motor vehicle accidents. She also maintains an active insurance coverage and bad faith practice. Jolee has successfully litigated cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey federal and state courts.
Prior to her time at TT&H, Jolee worked at a large regional defense firm representing commercial motor vehicle companies and owner/operators in commercial trucking matters. She also gained valuable judicial experience by interning for the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas and Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Based on her experiences, she takes an aggressive, yet practical, approach to meeting her client’s goals.
In her free time, Jolee enjoys traveling, reading, being outdoors with her husband and son, and working out.
