Katherine M. Prudente
Katherine M. Prudente is an Associate and member of the general liability practice group in the Spring House office. Katherine graduated cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in school, Katherine served as an Articles Editor on the Villanova Law Review, where she authored and published an article on insurance subrogation. Katherine also worked as a Research Assistant and a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant for various Villanova faculty.
Finally, Katherine worked as a Certified Legal Intern in the Health Law Clinic and Advanced Health Law Clinic, where she argued in front of the Social Security Administration, the Delaware County Orphan’s Court, and Administrative Law Judges handling health insurance and social security disputes. As a Certified Legal Intern, she also filed an appeal in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to law school, Katherine gained industry experience working as a Claims Adjuster and Claims Supervisor. In that role, she handled auto and homeowners claims addressing first and third party bodily injury and property damage. Finally, while working as a Claims Adjuster and Claims Supervisor, Katherine obtained her Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Management (AIC) from The Institutes.
