Joining the firm in 2010, Paul has 28 years of litigation experience, concentrating in workers’ compensation matters. Paul’s experience also includes unemployment compensation and subrogation issues.

Paul is active in the Philadelphia Bar Association, and served as chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Section in 2007. Also, Paul has been recognized as a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” in the workers’ compensation practice area by Philadelphia Law and Politics Magazine for the years 2009 through 2019.

Paul was previously a partner in a defense-side litigation firm in Philadelphia handling workers compensation matters. A native of Wilkes-Barre, PA, Paul is married and resides in suburban Philadelphia.
