Overview

Sarah E. Racine is an associate in Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s New York, NY office and is a member of the firm’s general liability practice group. She concentrates her practice in premises and products liability actions. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced insurance defense, focusing primarily on auto-negligence litigation and representing insurers and their insureds in motor vehicle liability claims. Sarah also handled matters involving homeowner-policy disputes, property damage, and premises liability issues in New Jersey state and federal courts.

Sarah attended law school at Rutgers University – Newark where she was a founding member of the Tort Law Society and a member of the Women’s Law Forum. Prior to attending law school, Sarah graduated from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Law, Justice, and Society.
