Christopher L. Scott is a partner in the Camp Hill office of Thomas, Thomas and Hafer, LLP, and also serves as the Chair of the firm’s Employment Law Section.
Mr. Scott has represented many employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation, employment and general liability matters. He specializes in counseling employers and insurance carriers through tough problems that overlap both employment and workers’ compensation including, but not limited to, Heart and Lung Benefits, FMLA, as well as all forms of employment discrimination.
For his work in the field of worker’s compensation, Mr. Scott has been named to the list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars. Mr. Scott has litigated a variety of civil cases spanning a wide range of practice areas over his career.
Attorney Scott is also a Certified Mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
