Overview

Dan concentrates his practice in medical malpractice and licensure and commercial litigation. Before embarking on his legal career, Dan held engineering, safety and risk management positions for an environmental remediation and construction company.

His duties at that company included managing claims against one-million dollar self-insured risk GL and WC policies, drafting construction contracts, and representing the corporation in regulatory proceedings before the EPA, OSHA, the EEOC and the NLRB.

Dan is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
