Ethan C. Brown is an associate at Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Baltimore office and a member of the firm’s general liability practice group.

Ethan grew up in Carroll County, Maryland, where he attended McDaniel College. There, he studied Music and Political Science and graduated summa cum laude. He went on to receive his J.D. from the Washington & Lee University School of Law. At Washington & Lee, Ethan served on the school’s Moot Court Board and as a Senior Articles Editor for the German Law Journal. He also participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, placing among the top twenty-five best advocates in 2023. After graduating from law school, Ethan completed a judicial clerkship with Judge Brian L. DeLeonardo on the Circuit Court for Carroll County, Maryland.

Outside of the office, Ethan enjoys reading; theatre; and spending quality time with his wife, family, and friends.
