John M. Malaspina is a Partner in Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Northern New Jersey office where he is also a member of the firm’s general liability practice group.
John began his legal career in a private practice small law firm. For the past 37 years, he has been with United Service Automobile Association, USAA in their New Jersey Staff Counsel Office as a Senior Trial Attorney representing USAA and their members in all aspects of litigation including numerous trials to verdict, arbitrations, hearings, and ADR’s. He has appeared numerous times in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. His practice included automobile negligence, premises liability, and other insurance issues.
John has served as a Court appointed arbitrator in both the Essex and Union County Superior Court.
