Kevin C. McNamara is based in the firm’s Camp Hill, PA office and is TTH’s Chief Executive Partner. Kevin concentrates his practice in general civil litigation and insurance law. Over the last 30 years, he has handled and/or tried to verdict diverse litigation matters including, automobile and premises liability, construction defect, storm water management, municipal liability, dram shop, product defect, property/SIU, Medicare reimbursement/lien satisfaction and civil rights cases. A significant segment of Kevin’s practice is devoted to insurance coverage and automobile insurance law, including UM/UIM and first party benefits.
Kevin is a frequent speaker on insurance matters at seminars, continuing legal education programs and training sessions for claims professionals. He has served as a mediator, been appointed as a member and then Chair for multiple, two-year terms as a Dauphin County arbitrator as well as serving as a hearing officer for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania for six years.
Kevin is also a Certified Mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Kevin is married with 3 children and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
