Overview

Lily S. Smith is an associate in Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Fairfax, VA office, where she is also a member of the firm’s general liability practice group.

Lily received her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law where she was an Associate Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review.  During her 2021 spring law school semester, Lily was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Products Liability.  Lily is a graduate of Fordham University with a B.A. in Social Work.

After graduating from law school, Lily was a law clerk for The Honorable Brett A. Kassabian and The Honorable Michael F. Devine in the Fairfax County Circuit Court in Fairfax, VA.
