Meagan M. Gabriel is a partner in Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s New York, NY office and is a member of the firm’s general liability practice group. She concentrates her practice in premises and products liability actions. Prior to joining the firm, she represented large national retailers in general liability and product liability actions in both New York and New Jersey state and federal courts.
During law school, Meagan was a member of the Criminal Defense Clinic where she represented individuals with misdemeanor charges at all stages of the criminal process, from arraignment through trial and the Post Innocence Conviction Clinic where she represented clients in post-conviction matters to move to vacate their convictions based upon newly discovered evidence.
