Rachel Chan is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Thomas, Thomas & Hafer where she is a member of the general liability practice group.
Rachel graduated from Temple University Beasley School of law in 2025. Rachel served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Judge Mastando III of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District in the Southern District of New York after completing her first year of law school. Rachel joined Thomas, Thomas & Hafer as a Law Clerk in June 2024 and continued working with the firm throughout her final year of law school. Rachel returned to the firm as an Associate upon admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
Prior to attending law school, Rachel graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Biochemistry and Metabolism and a Master’s degree in Bioethics and Medical Humanities.
