Samuel C. Hemmingstad is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Thomas, Thomas & Hafer and is also a member of the firm’s general liability practice group.

Samuel is a Connecticut native.  Samuel attended the University of Miami and graduated with the B.A. in English.  After graduating from the University of Miami, he worked for a small law firm in Miami.  Samuel attended The George Washington University Law School and, while in law school, interned for The Honorable Heidi M. Pasichow on the D.C. Superior Court and also worked at a small law firm in D.C.

After graduation from law school, Samuel clerked for The Honorable Patrick L. Woodward on the Appellate Court of Maryland from August 2023 through September 2024.
