Overview

Sam concentrates his practice in the area of General Liability.

A 2018 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Sam was active as an Editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law and Policy. Sam worked as a law clerk at Thomas, Thomas & Hafer LLP before passing the Pennsylvania Bar Exam and accepting a position as an attorney.

Prior to joining TT&H, Sam worked as a law clerk at Willman & Silvaggio, LLP, where he worked primarily on cases involving issues of premises liability, subrogation, and insurance coverage and bad faith.

During law school, Sam worked as an intern for the Honorable David S. Cercone, U.S. District Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. While there, Sam reviewed motions, wrote opinions and assisted with mediations and case management conferences. Sam also assisted Judge Cercone and his staff with issues relating to criminal matters.
